Terms of Service
Please make sure to read through my Terms of Service before commissioning me. I am NOT responsible for any of your own misconceptions.
General
My art style may vary because I am still in the phase of finding it.
I do NOT accept requests for tracing and/ or copying other artists artworks!
I always have the right to decline your commission whenever I am not comfortable with it.
I will NOT draw gore and/or mechas.
Payment
Payment methods: I just accept payments via PayPal or Ko-fi.
Due date: Payment must be made in advance before I start the commission.
Payment plans: Payments higher than 100€ can be payed in installments, but it needs to be agreed on.
Currency: All my prices are calculated and stated in Euros (€).
Revisions
Revisions in the sketching phase are free and not limited.
After that only minor changes are possible.
Revisions on finished artworks are just possible for an extra fee.

Deadlines and Delivery
I need you to answer quickly when I have questions according to your commission, so that I can comply the stated delivery date. Otherwise my deadline will not apply.
Use
All base prices are for personal use ONLY, unless commercial or merchandise use was purchased or it was stated as 'commercial use included'.
Personal use means it can be used on private accounts as your profile picture, banner, for posts on social media (with credits!) and/or PERSONAL printing!
Commercial use is when you are a Vtuber, Streamer and/or Artist (self-employed) and would like to post the artwork on social media, show it to your community on your socials (like twitch, discord, X, etc.), use it as an emoticon, add it to your stream schedule, etc.
Merch(andise) use is for when you intent to make profit with the artwork I created for you. You are allowed to make physical goods out of it, like posters, postcards, stickers, etc. and sell them.
But it is prohibited to sell the digital file itself!
